Philip Vivian Thompson – Jailed for historic sexual offences

A man was  jailed in June 2010 for 12 years at Inner London Crown Court for a string of historic sexual offences.
Philip Vivian Thompson, 71 years, of no fixed abode was convicted of eight counts of serious sexual assault and taking indecent images of children between 1977 and 1983. The victims were two boys aged between nine and 15 years at the time of the abuse. DC Stuart Hosking who investigated the abuse for the Met’s Paedophile Unit said: “The abuse that Thompson subjected these boys to has had devastating consequences, not just for his victims, but also for the families of the victims. ”The fact that these crimes were committed over 30 years ago is not a factor – this conviction sends out a clear message that police will take any allegations of abuse seriously, they will be thoroughly investigated and any perpetrators will be brought to justice. ”Thompson is an unrepentant paedophile who preyed on any vulnerable child that came in contact with him. He had a particular preference for young boys, but I have good reason to believe that he also abused young girls. There are undoubtedly other victims of Thompson’s who have not yet come forward. “I would urge anyone who has been sexually abused by Thompson, or anyone else, to make contact with the police where they will be treated with respect and their allegations will be taken seriously.” Thompson came into contact with his first victim after the child’s mother moved her family into the same street in Brixton, south London in 1974. Thompson befriended the family, earning the trust of the mother, before preying on her son – he was aged nine years when the abuse started in 1977. Thompson would take the youngster to his home and ply him with drink and drugs before abusing him. The abuse spanned a period of six years, during which time another boy – a school friend of the first victim, aged 13 at the time of the first offence – was also abused. The abuse went unreported for nearly 20 years until 2002 when the offences were brought to the attention of police by the first victim. Attempts were made to trace Thompson but it was discovered that he no longer lived in the UK. Eventually, he was traced to Thailand where, in 2003, he was arrested by the Thai authorities. Thompson was bailed while awaiting extradition to the UK, but during this time he fled the country, his destination believed to be Central America. Efforts to trace Thompson proved futile until, in November 2009, a man tried to enter the UK at HeathrowAirport following a flight from Mexico. That man was Thompson – he was arrested at HeathrowAirport and officers from the Paedophile Unit based informed. Officers interviewed Thompson and he was charged with multiple offences on 4 November 2009. He was found guilty on 28 April 2010 following a trial at Inner London Crown Court.

Police took photos, confiscated Crisco as evidence
Philip Vivian Thompson from Trehafod in the UK, who had just turned 62 on May 3 this year, was caught naked in bed with a 12-year-old boy. Thompson’s neighbours had reported to police that they suspected Thompson of sexually abusing minors, as they often saw young boys being brought to his house. Pattaya’s tourist police, led by Pol. Maj. Noradech Klomtuksing, staked out Thompson’s house, and on May 30 they observed an older Thai male delivering a young boy. As soon as reinforcements arrived, they raided the house. When police burst inside, officers immediately started photographing the activities as evidence. At the time, Thompson was allegedly sodomizing the young boy. Thompson allegedly then began running in circles, looking for a place to hide. The boy later told police how he was persuaded by an older Thai male to go see the foreigner, and he was told to do as the foreigner instructed. He said the man told him the foreigner would pay him well afterwards. The boy said the foreigner told him to shower and then instructed him to the bed where the foreigner began applying the greasy substance. The boy said he didn’t resist because he feared the large man and was unsure what to expect. Thompson was charged with sexually molesting a minor under the age of 15. The photos and the can of Crisco were recorded as evidence, along with the statements from the 12-year old boy. Thompson was later transferred to the Banglamung police station for further disposition. Barry Kenyon, local correspondent for the British Embassy, told Pattaya Mail, “Lawyers acting for Mr Thompson obtained bail for him at Banglamung police station last Thursday (May 31). The matter is now in the hands of the public prosecutor.”

Dog walker caught harassing naked woman

A man accused of being a peeping Tom while out walking his dog has been given a community order and a five-year restraining order.

Michael Smart appeared at Reading Crown Court on Wednesday, March 10, to be sentenced for harassment after admitting the charge on day four of a trial originally for voyeurism in January.

At an earlir hearing the court had heard the 40-year-old was caught by the victim’s husband on their CCTV system. He had left track marks in the snow while sneaking up to the ground floor window to watch the woman making her breakfast and applying her make-up – which she did naked.

He originally faced trial after denying one charge of voyeurism between February 1 and 7, last year, but on day four of the trial he admitted a charge of harassment and the jury were directed to return a not guilty verdict on the voyeurism charge.

At his sentencing, in a victim statement read to the court, the woman said it had been a very distressing incident and it had concerned her he approached the house in Thatcham when he knew her husband was not there.

She said: “I felt vulnerable and scared and keep thinking back to when he was staking out our house.”

Alistair Grainger, defending, said the offence deserved a degree of sympathy because of the embarrassing publicity printed in the tabloid newspapers and suggested he should not have to pay compensation to his victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, because they were richer than him.

Mr Grainger added the defendant was particularly sorry for the incident and hugely embarrassed and the case had almost caused him and his wife to split, although they were stronger for it now.

He said: “He has also suffered knock-on effects on his self-confidence and tells me he will never be walking down that street again. He cannot go out without people looking at him and he feels apprehensive and nervous, and perhaps even scared, to leave the house. He describes it as a year of hell for him.”

Sentencing, Judge Nicholas Wood said the wealth of his victim was irrelevant and that he would also serve a 12-month community order with a 100-hour unpaid work requirement.

Smart, of Westfield Crescent in Thatcham, was also ordered to pay £150 costs.

Vietnamese girl raped, beaten and buried alive

Two men were arrested January 18 for raping, brutally beating and burying a 21-year-old girl alive under sand in Ho Chi Minh City’s Binh Chanh district.

Tran Xuan Canh, 18, of Ben Tre province and To Thanh Han, 20 of Tra Vinh province confessed to being drunk and wanting to “get some fun” while they were in Binh Chanh’s Tan Tuc town.
After raping the victim, they robbed her money, ruthlessly knocked her unconscious and started to bury her alive.
They ran away halfway when a local saw them.
Local police are seeking charges of rape, robbery and attempted murder.
On January 17,, a local man was woken up in early morning by strange sounds and found out 2 shadows outside. Two people ran away when seeing him.
The man came closer and saw a naked girl with over half of body covered in sand. She was having very weak breaths.
She was rushed to hospital in time.
After recovery, A.T.N.M told police the two guys approached her and used dirty words to ask her out.
Rejected, they pushed her to an empty place and committed the crime.

Satir, sindiran, kritik. Apa pun kesan yang bisa diresapi dari lagu berjudul Andai Aku Gayus Tambunan semestinya ia bermuara pada satu hal: bahwa agar sanggup berbicara di “frekuensi” yang sama dengan pendengarnya, lagu bisa bercerita atau bersyair tentang apa saja, bahkan masalah serius seperti kasus Gayus Tambunan. Dengan kata lain, hanya percaya pada tema asmara untuk bisa menjaring audiens yang luas adalah berlebihan (walau, barangkali, memang benar hal ini lebih mudah menemukan audiens; sebab bukankah setiap orang pernah atau paling tidak ingin merasakan cinta?).

Gayus, belakangan ini, siapa yang tak tahu? Sekurang-kurangnya orang pasti pernah mendengar namanya atau melihat fotonya saat mengenakan wig yang konyol itu. Dia bukan tokoh roman percintaan yang populer. Dia tak punya kisah asmara yang mengharubirukan perasaan siapa saja. Dia adalah antagonis, seseorang yang menjadi tersangka kasus besar mafia hukum dan mafia perpajakan yang kebetulan melakukan tindakan-tindakan luar biasa yang menunjukkan betapa, seperti digambarkan dalam syair Bona, “hukuman bisa dibeli”.

Pasti tak semua orang mau tahu bagaimana sebenarnya kedua mafia itu membelit instansi pemerintah, penegak hukum, dan barangkali juga organisasi politik, sehingga transaksi untuk mengakali dan mengelak dari sanksi hukum bisa dilakukan. Tapi ada satu titik yang mempertemukan kepentingan siapa pun: mereka paham betapa praktek kotor penginjak-injakan hukum yang melibatkan birokrat, pengusaha, dan politikus serta ketidakdilan sedang berlangsung.

“Bona Paputungan memperoleh kesempatan untuk mengekspresikan kekecewaan, kejengkelan, dan keputusasaan terhadap bobroknya sistem hukum --dan apalagi moralitas --di negeri ini.”

Melalui Andai Aku Gayus Tambunan, lelaki 30 tahun ini, sadar atau tidak, telah melontarkan satu lagu protes. Inilah yang nyaris hilang dalam lanskap musik kita, sebab hampir tak ada musisi yang peduli terhadap apa yang terjadi di tengah-tengah masyarakat atau di negara ini.

Tentu saja, kita bisa mengatakan bahwa Bona punya pengalaman pahit yang bisa dia ceritakan dan kebetulan bertolak belakang dengan apa yang dialami Gayus: dia pernah dibui tanpa bisa keluar untuk pergi ke mana-mana. Bagi seniman, pengalaman langsung, dalam hal apa pun, akan lebih berperan sebagai dorongan kuat untuk berekespresi dan berkreasi.

James Joyce menghasilkan A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man berdasarkan jalan hidupnya. Pramoedya Ananta Toer menerbitkan Nyanyi Sunyi Seorang Bisu, yang merupakan kumpulan tulisannya semasa dalam tahanan di Pulau Buru. Banyak lagi karya lain yang berlatar belakang serupa --yang merupakan otobiografi penciptanya.

Tetapi jika semua seniman harus melalui tahapan seperti itu untuk menghasilkan karya, rasanya di dunia ini tak bakal berlimpah karya besar. Dalam kenyataannya, banyak juga karya --seni rupa, puisi, prosa, tari, drama, lagu, apa pun --yang cenderung merupakan refleksi dari suatu keadaan; karya-karya ini berasal dari pengamatan dan renungan, juga empati, penciptanya terhadap situasi tertentu, bukan pengalaman langsung. Dalam musik, lagu-lagu protes hampir selalu berpijak pada situasi tertentu itu.

Dengan kata lain, yang berfungsi dalam penciptaan karya-karya semacam itu adalah kepekaan. Untuk berkreasi, seorang seniman tak harus menjadi tenaga kerja wanita yang direndahkan dan disiksa di luar negeri, atau orang miskin yang harus digusur dari suatu kawasan di perkotaan, atau Nenek Minah di Ajibarang, Banyumas, yang mesti menjalani hukuman satu bulan dengan masa percobaan tiga bulan lebih karena memetik tiga butir kakao di perkebunan milik PT Rumpun Sari Antan. Dia hanya perlu mengasah sensitivitas, dan punya kepedulian.

Dan itulah sesungguhnya yang dilakukan Bona, walau dia menghubungkannya dengan pengalaman pribadinya --dan meskipun, barangkali, dia punya alasan lain. Kasus Gayus, kita tahu, baru satu hal dari beragam kecompang-campingan di negeri ini. Ada banyak persoalan genting lainnya, karut-marut sosial politik, ketidakadilan, dan krisis moral, yang sebenarnya bisa menjadi sumber ilham bagi musisi mana pun. Soalnya tinggal ada kepedulian atau tidak.

Mysterious naked woman found dead on Thai highway...

THAILAND: An unidentified naked woman was found dead in a ditch between the inbound frontage road and Bang Na-Trat Highway Sunday morning.
The body was found at the Kilometre Marker 25 in Samut Prakan's Bang Bo district at about 8 am.
Police said the woman appeared to be about 40 years old and might have died about 5 hours before her body was found.

Police said there were no traces of assaults or rape. Her body was sent to the Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy.

The Naked Body of a Young Chinese Woman was Found Drowned in a Lap Pool

Singapore - THE naked body of a young Chinese woman was found drowned in a lap pool of a bungalow in an exclusive residential estate in Sentosa Cove on Wednesday morning.




The body of Chinese national Ms Li Hong Yan, 24, was found by a maid who was cleaning the three-storey house along Ocean Drive at about 8.30am.

Paramedics pronounced her dead at about 9.30am.
According to a report in Shin Min Daily, the deceased got to know the owner of the bungalow the night before at a party.
They allegedly spent the night together in the same room and Li was believed to have gone for a swim early in the morning.
Li's motionless body was later found floating face-down in the villa's pool by the maid.
Police found no injuries on her body,, and have classified the case as an unnatural death.
The Chinese evening daily also revealed that the owner of the bungalow is a 39-year-old Singaporean director of a property investment consultancy.
In the latest Straits Times report, the owner of the bungalow is revealed to be Mr. Adrian Chua Boon Chye, 39.
He is the founder and chief executive officer of Roundhill Capital, a real estate investment advisory firm, registered here under his residential address.
Mr. Chua is unmarried and is said to have lived at the three-storey house along Ocean Drive for over a year.
According to Lianhe Wanbao, he was frequently seen with pretty female companions.
Li reportedly worked as an assistant supervisor at a restaurant in Jurong.

Indonesian Woman humiliated at nude pictures of her on Facebook

BOGOR, INDONESIA: Bogor police received Friday a report from a woman, who claims that people have published nude pictures of her on Facebook.

College student Jesika Danies, 22, demanded the police investigate the people she claimed had published pictures on an account believed to belong to Clara "Devi" Adheline Supit. "I feel humiliated," she said as quoted by Antara.

Jesika's case is the second handled by the Bogor police. Devi has reported the case before. The investigation is ongoing.

Seorang PSK Tewas Bugil Dengan Mulut Disumpal BH...

Seorang perempuan yang diduga pekerja seks komersial (PSK) ditemukan tewas tanpa busana di dalam kamar Hotel Wisata di Jalan Imam Bonjol Kisaran, Rabu, (17/11) sekira pukul 12.00 WIB. Perempuan bernama Rosida Br Siregar alias Ida (38) warga Jalan Panton Bagan, Asahan, itu ditemukan tewas tergeletak di lantai kamar dengan posisi telungkup di samping tempat tidur.

Saat ditemukan, kondisi tubuh Ida sangat mengenaskan dengan kondisi leher dijerat tali, sementara kedua tangan dan kaki diikat handuk. Mulut korban juga disumpal dengan tali kutang. Sekujur tubuh korban tampak memar bekas pukulan dan penganiayaan. Sedangkan, hidung mengeluarkan darah dan wajah lebam hingga nyaris tak dapat dikenali.

Diduga, perempuan itu dianiaya hingga tewas oleh lelaki teman kencannya. Mayat perempuan itu ditemukan seorang pegawai hotel bernama Kanti (36) yang hendak membersihkan kamar. Saat akan membersihkan kamar, dirinya terkejut melihat pintu kamar A3 dalam keaadan terkunci.

Karyawan hotel itu akhirnya berinisiatif mengambil kunci duplikat yang berada di meja resepsionis untuk membuka pintu kamar. Saat pintu kamar terbuka karyawan hotel itu langsung terkejut setelah menemukan sesosok mayat perempuan tergeletak dilantai kamar.

Penemuan mayat perempuan itu langsung dilaporkan kepada petugas Polres Asahan guna penyelidikan. Usai melakukan olah TKP, petugas langsung mengevakuasi jenazah perempuan berambut ikal itu ke Rumah sakit Haji Abdul Manan Simatupang.

Kasatreskrim Polres Asahan, AKP M Yoris Marzuki SIK menyatakan kasus itu masih dalam penyelidikan. Sementara itu dari informasi yang dikumpulkan, malam sebelum ditemukan tewas korban sempat duduk-duduk di warung yang berada di depan hotel.

Warung Indomie milik Bibi (50) warga Jalan Sei Asahan itu merupakan tempat mangkal korban selama menunggu tamu. Bahkan, saat itu korban sempat memesan teh manis dan duduk di bangku warung hingga pukul 02.00 Wib. Setelah menikmati minuman di warung itu, korban menuju hotel Wisata untuk buang air kecil.

Saat akan masuk ke dalam hotel, korban bertemu dengan seorang lelaki bertubuh kecil dan kurus. Lelaki misterius itu sempat berbicara dengan penjaga pintu hotel. “Wak cewek itu siapa wak, bisa dipake?” ujar penjaga pintu hotel menirukan ucapan lelaki itu.

Tanpa rasa curiga, lelaki setengah baya penjaga pintu hotel wisata itu langsung memanggil korban. Seterusnya, korban dan lelaki misterius itu berjalan menuju kamar A3 hotel wisata Kisaran. Sementara itu lelaki misterius berbadan kurus dan kecil yang masih diburu petugas. Sebelum bertemu dengan korban, lelaki misterius itu sempat tidur dengan salah seorang PSK yang berada di sekitar hotel.

Nany (30), PSK yang sering mangkal di warung Indomie depan hotel sempat tidur dengan lelaki misterius tersebut. Dan setelah beberapa jam berada dalam kamar, lelaki itu memberikan uang sebesar Rp200 ribu. “Malam itu, sebelumnya dia (lelaki misterius) tidur dengan aku di kamar nomor A1.Tapi waktu dia (lelaki-red) mengajak menginap aku nggak mau dan langsung keluar setelah dikasih uang”, ujar Nany.

Lelaki misterius itu sempat mengaku tidak mempunyai uang lagi untuk membayar cewek. Bahkan, lelaki yang mengaku bernama Adi itu berniat langsung pulang karena tinggal di daerah Mandoge, Asahan. Diduga usai tidur dengan Nany, lelaki misterius itu bertemu dengan korban ketika akan keluar dari hotel. Saat itu lelaki itu langsung memanggil korban dan membawanya menuju kamar A3 hotel Wisata Kisaran.

“Memang malam itu si Ida sempat minta pindah kamar dari A1 ke kamar A3. tapi kita nggak tahu menginap dengan siapa temannya”, ujar Sari(35) resepsionis hotel Wisata Kisaran.

Sepasang Turis Perancis Tewas Saling Bertindihan dengan Telanjang Bulat

Denpasar, Pasangan suami istri asal Perancis, Oliver Marroni (35) dan istrinya Marron Scapin (34), warga negara Prancis, ditemukan tewas misterius dengan kondisi telanjang bulat dan bertindihan di kamar Nomor 6 Villa Lumbung Bali, Desa Munduk, Kecamatan Banjar, Kabupaten Buleleng Bali.

Diketahui, kedua korban masuk vila di wilayah utara Bali itu, Senin (20/12/2010) petang, ditemukan tewas di kamar mandi dalam posisi sang istri yang telanjang bulat, ditindih oleh suaminya yang berpakaian lengkap sekitar pukul 19.30 Wita.

Kapolres Buleleng AKBP M Yudi Hartanto melalui Kapolsek Banjar AKP Burhanudin di Singaraja, Selasa (21/12/2010), menyatakan masih menunggu hasil pemeriksaan medis terkait penyebab tewasnya suami-istri tersebut. “Sejauh ini juga belum ada permintaan untuk melakukan otopsi dari pihak Konsulat Prancis di Denpasar. Kami baru memeriksa empat orang pegawai pemondokan,” katanya.

Marron ditemukan dalam kondisi telanjang tanpa sehelai benang pun di tubuhnya, sementara Oliver masih mengenakan pakaian lengkap, termasuk sandal karet yang masih terpasang di kakinya. Menurut salah seorang karyawan pemondokan itu, yang pertama kali menemukan korban tewas di kamar mandi adalah Ardiono, karyawan setempat, sekitar 1,5 jam setelah check in sekitar pukul 18.00 Wita.

Menurut Burhanudin, dari hasil olah tempat kejadian perkara ditemukan sejumlah obat-obatan di atas meja serta sebotol minuman beralkohol di teras kamar. Polisi belum bisa memastikan penyebab tewasnya pasangan suami-istri warga asing itu, karena belum mendapatkan hasil pemeriksaan medis.

“Tidak ditemukan tanda-tanda kekerasan pada tubuh korban. Dugaan awal tewas akibat tersengat arus listrik juga masih didalami. Setelah saya periksa, ’shower’ di kamar mandi juga tidak ada aliran listriknya,” kata mantan Kanit Reskrim Polresta Denpasar itu.

Posisi semprotan air (shower) yang terbuat dari bahan logam berada di bawah, menindih paha kiri Marron yang dalam posisi telentang. Pada tubuh korban juga tidak ditemukan bekas sengatan listrik. Sementara tubuh Oliver juga dalam keadaan telentang menyilang serta menindih bagian kaki istrinya, yang diperkirakan lebih dahulu tewas...

Ditanya kemungkinan keduanya tewas akibat kelebihan dosis obat-obatan khusus, Burhanudin belum berani berkomentar, karena perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan terlebih dahulu. Dari mulut kedua korban juga tidak ditemukan adanya lendir yang keluar, sehingga tipis kemungkinan akibat over dosis obat-obatan, kata Burhanudin menegaskan.

Menurutnya, pemilik pemondokan, Nyoman Tanaya (52), masih belum dipanggil untuk dimintai keterangan. “Kami masih melakukan pemeriksaan dan penyelidikan lebih lanjut, selain menunggu adanya permintaan untuk dilakukan otopsi dari pihak Konsulat Prancis,” tambahnya.

Dari tempat kejadian, polisi mengamankan sejumlah barang milik korban seperti uang tunai dalam bentuk rupiah dan dolar Australia, kamera video merek Sony, serta sebuah tas ransel besar dan beberapa benda lainnya.

Anak SMP Perkosa Gadis 17Tahun..

Meski usianya baru belasan tahun, birahi AF (14), pelajar SMP dari Singosari, Kabupaten Malang, ini tak selazim anak seusianya. anak ingusan ini berani-beraninya memperkosa seorang gadis, sebut saja Dina (17).

AF pun berurusan dengan penyidik Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Polres Malang. Dina melalui keluarganya melaporkan via surat bahwa AF memaksanya membuka mulut, kemudian memasukkan paksa kemaluannya ke mulut Dina.

Selang beberapa hari kemudian, AF mengulangi perbuatan bejatnya. Ia malah memasukkan paksa burungnya ke kemaluan korban. Namun, sebelum penetrasi total, AF ternyata sudah keburu orgasme. Kasus ini diduga berlangsung sebulan lalu sebelum akhirnya terungkap.

“Kasus ini masih didalami penyidik PPA karena korbannya belum diperiksa,” kata Kepala Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Malang Ajun Komisaris Hartoyo. Informasi yang dihimpun dari keluarga korban menyebutkan, AF semula memang sering bermain ke rumah Dina. Itu karena adik Dina adalah teman sekolah AF. Mereka akrab sehingga sering kali setiap pulang sekolah, AF ke rumah Dina dan baru pulang sore.

Lama-kelamaan, AF sudah dianggap seperti keluarganya sendiri. AF juga bebas keluar masuk rumah Dina. Sementara selama ini Dina jarang keluar rumah dan hari-harinya hanya dihabiskan di tempat tidurnya yang berada di ruang tengah.

Kasus ini baru terbongkar saat ayah Dina curiga kepada AF yang mengintipnya saat berbaring santai di kamarnya. Seusai mengintip, AF terlihat menyelinap ke ruang tengah, tempat Dina biasa menghabiskan waktunya setiap hari di tempat tidur.

Seusai AF pulang, Dina ditanyai oleh ayahnya, tetapi hanya menggelengkan kepala. Setelah ditanya berulang kali, Dina akhirnya mengaku dipaksa seks oral oleh AF. Ayah Dina tentu saja kaget bukan main.

Ia semakin khawatir anak gadisnya tak hanya dipaksa seks oral, tetapi juga lebih dari itu. Selanjutnya, kakak Dina giliran yang menemui AF. Semula AF tak mengaku pernah memerkosa korban. Namun, ketika dikonfrontasi dengan penuturan teman AF, akhirnya AF tak berkutik. AF sebelumnya memang pernah bercerita kepada temannya soal pemerkosaan itu.

Young Schoolgirl Beaten, Thrown To Her Death By Teacher...

A Chinese schoolgirl was beaten with a metal reinforcement bar in front of her class by her history teacher before he threw her out the window of her fourth-story classroom. Her name was Zhang Yaoyin, she was 11-years-old, and she died.

The Education Department gives strict orders forbidding teachers from hitting students. However, on September 20th afternoon, in the #12 Middle School in Yongzhou City of Hunan Province, a very heinous act occurred. A history teacher not only used a metal reinforcement bar [for buildings] to beat a student in the classroom, he also used his bare hands to throw the beaten student off the fourth floor of the school!

This incident happened in 2006 September 20 and the video was uploaded to Youku two years ago. However, a recent topic on Mop featuring the Youku video brought new attention and new comments.

Here is what happens in the video:

0:54: The girl victim’s clothes stained with blood and covered with flies, some of her teeth that were knocked out, her shoes, and hair.

1:09: The girl victim’s name is revealed as Zhang Yaoyin, 11-years-old, and the male history teacher who killed her is Li Henyi, 28-years-old.

1:32: A classmate of the victim describes what happened (see below).

Witness: At the time, the teacher grabbed her hair and slammed it into the desk, about 5-6 times, and then slammed her head into the desk behind her 5-6 times. When she then fell to the floor, the teacher also used his foot to step on her head, about 2-3 times. Then from his pants pocket he took out a metal reinforcement bar this long and used it to hit her.

Reporter: Hit her where?

Witness: Hit her head. There was a lot of blood.

Witness: After being beaten, she stopped moving. The teacher picked her up, said he was going to send her to the infirmary, then walked to the window, opened the window, and threw her down.

Reporter: So he threw her out in front of the entire class?

Witness: Yes.

2:12: The classmate says at one point the class leader stood up and begged the teacher to stop hitting.

2:20: A bloodstain that some posters on Mop said looked like a penis.

2:37: Shows trail of blood to the window.

2:46: Bloodstains where the girl hit the ground.

2:58: The victim’s mother explains she did not see and know it was her daughter at first.

The rest of the video explains that the news spread quickly and the local police department promised to make a quick and thorough investigation.

Namun, aksinya itu tak berlangsung lama karena ia segera ditangkap dan diajukan ke pengadilan dan kemarin, Rabu (8/12/2010) pengadilan setempat menyatakan Soo bersalah atas 12 tuduhan termasuk melanggar wilayah pribadi sejumlah perempuan termasuk merekam celana dalam perempuan..

Perbuatan cabulnya ini ketahuan setelah seorang perempuan tak dikenal di Junction 8 di Bishan diberitahu oleh seorang petugas kebersihan bahwa seorang pria mencoba mengambil gambar dari bawah roknya. Dua petugas kemudian datang menangkapnya. Dari Soo ditemukan sebuah pena berwarna hitam, sebuah port USB, dan kamera berlubang yang mampu mengambil gambar dan video serta suara, dan Sony CD-R.

Dari 11 November 2008 sampai 25 Maret 2009, Soo yang berprofesi sebagai manajer penjualan menggunakan pena itu untuk mengambil video si perempuan yang berdiri di dekatnya. Modus operandinya, ia menaruh pena di bagian sisi tas laptopnya, naik ke tangga berjalan,lalu menempatkan tas di bawah rok perempuan yang ada di depannya

Bossier City couple recalls naked woman's savage attack
"If you don't think this can happen to you, you're wrong"

Eleece Moll still is nursing the wounds from where the petite woman clawed at her eyes and savagely bit her right arm three weeks ago.

At least now the 53-year-old can close her eyes without constantly seeing the naked stranger's legs and buttocks snaking through the open sunroof.

But the physical education teacher's sense of security remains shaken. "It's the kind of experience where ... I don't know if I'll ever feel safe again," Moll said, adding that she intends to buy a gun.

"I'm just a regular person coming home on a Tuesday night ... in a good part of town. If you don't think this can happen to you, you're wrong."

What brought her to this point began with a drive down Arthur Ray Teague Parkway in Bossier City, the weather pleasant enough to insist that the windows and sunroof on the Saturn Aurora be opened to welcome in the night air.

It was just before midnight Sept. 8. Moll and her husband, Cloyd Moll, had been in the car about six hours returning from a business trip to Austin, Texas.

And home was but moments away when they spied a naked woman, waving her arms above her head, in the middle of the parkway at Walker Road.

The Molls, thinking the woman could have been a crime victim in need of help, screeched to a halt.

The woman yelled that she was going to "die fighting tonight," her declaration augmented by an expletive.

Moll said her husband tried to swerve around the naked figure but the woman jumped into the car's path. He tried again.

That's when the woman leaped onto the hood of their car.

"At that point, I knew we were under attack," Cloyd Moll said. The 56-year-old threw the car in reverse for about 20 yards in hopes of throwing off the woman.

But she had a death grip on the hood — in the crevice where it meets the windshield. And when Cloyd Moll stopped the car, the woman "climbed up (the hood) like a cat" and through the sunroof feet first.

As the woman lowered her 5-foot, 4-inch, 120-pound frame inside the car and into a straddling position on Eleece Moll's lap, she kicked Cloyd Moll's face, sending his glasses flying out the open window.

"The very first time she reached for my face, her fingernail penetrated my eye," Eleece Moll said. "I knew from that point I had to keep my eyes closed."

Meanwhile, Cloyd Moll blindly felt around for his cell phone. No cars had passed and it didn't seem help could be summoned any other way, the Molls said.

Eleece Moll, still restrained by her seat belt and with her eyes closed for protections, was at a disadvantage. All the while, her attacker was cursing and saying she was going to fight until she died.

"She bit me for a full 15 seconds before she let go," Eleece Moll said, then imitated the growling noise the stranger made while sinking her teeth into Eleece Moll's right forearm, leaving two large bite wounds — one the size of a half dollar, the other a quarter.

Cloyd Moll said he finally located his cell phone, rolled out the driver's side door and franticly called 911.

His wife somehow remained calm and relatively still (to prevent her flesh from ripping). "God was with me, I felt like," Eleece Moll said, adding that there was no other reason for her "incredible peace."

After Cloyd Moll hung up with dispatchers, who asked what he said felt like a million questions, he ran to his wife's aid.

He opened the door and tried to pull the woman off but her mouth still was clamped onto his wife's arm.

"She lost interest in Eleece because she wouldn't fight her, so then she came after me," Cloyd Moll said.

"So I took her to the back of the car and slammed her up against the back of the car, hoping to break her back." The impact put a small dent in the car, but "she got right back up and slugged the tar out of me."

Still without glasses and basically blind, Cloyd Moll said he punched the woman. She staggered back a few steps.

But the only thing that prevented a retaliatory attack, he said, was the sound of Bossier City police cars screaming down the parkway..

The woman ran up a nearby levee and into woods, according to a Bossier City police report.

Officers saw the woman fall as they were chasing her. She was lying unresponsive on the ground when they caught up with her, the report states.

The garrote is a device that strangles a person to death. It can also be used to break a person’s neck. The device was used in Spain until it was outlawed in 1978 with the abolition of the death penalty. It normally consisted of a seat in which the prisoner was restrained while the executioner tightened a metal band around his neck until he died. Some versions of the garrote incorporated a metal bolt which pressed in to the spinal chord, breaking the neck. The victim may pass into a state of severe and painful convulsions and then pass into death. This spiked version is known as the Catalan garrote. The last execution by garrote was José Luis Cerveto in October 1977. Andorra was the last country in the world to outlaw its use, doing so in 1990. However garroting is still common in India according Indian author and forensic expert Parikh.

Scaphism, also known as the boats was an ancient Persian method of execution designed to inflict torturous death. The naked person was firmly fastened within a back-to-back pair of narrow rowing boats (or a hollowed-out tree trunk), with the head, hands, and feet protruding. The condemned was forced to ingest milk and honey to the point of developing severe diarrhea, and more honey would be rubbed on his body in order to attract insects to the exposed appendages. He or she would then be left to float on a stagnant pond or be exposed to the sun. The defenseless individual’s feces accumulated within the container, attracting more insects, which would eat and breed within his or her exposed and increasingly gangrenous flesh. The feeding would be repeated each day in some cases to prolong the torture, so that dehydration or starvation did not provide him or her with the release of death. Death, when it eventually occurred, was probably due to a combination of dehydration, starvation and septic shock. Delirium would typically set in after a few days. Death by scaphism was painful, humiliating, and protracted..

Flaying is the removal of skin from the body. Like an animal is flayed in preparation for human consumption, or for its hide or fur; this is more commonly called skinning, flaying is similar method applied onto humans. Flaying of humans was used as both a method of torture and execution, depending on how much of the skin is removed. Flaying is an ancient practice, used by Assyrians and Ming Dynasty.

Also known as slow slicing, Lingchi was reserved for crimes viewed as especially severe, such as treason and killing one’s parents. Also translated as slow process, lingering death or death by a thousand cuts, was a form of execution used in China from roughly AD 900 until its abolition in 1905. The process involved tying the person to be executed to a wooden frame, usually in a public place. The flesh was then cut from the body in multiple slices in a process that was not specified in detail in Chinese law and therefore most likely varied. In later times, opium was sometimes administered either as an act of mercy or as a way of preventing fainting. The punishment worked on three levels: as a form of public humiliation, as a slow and lingering death, and as a punishment after death. In variable forms, it also involved dismemberment i.e cutting, tearing, pulling, wrenching or otherwise removing, the limbs of the condemned.

Breaking wheel or the Catherine wheel was a torture device used for capital punishment in the Middle Ages and early modern times for public execution by cudgelling to death. It was used during the Middle Ages and was still in use into the 19th century. Breaking on the wheel was a form of torturous execution formerly in use in France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Romania, Russia, the US, and other countries. .The wheel was typically a large wooden wagon wheel with many radial spokes, but a wheel was not always used. In some cases the condemned were lashed to the wheel and beaten with a club or iron cudgel, with the gaps in the wheel allowing the cudgel to break through. Alternatively, the condemned were spreadeagled and broken on a St Andrew’s cross consisting of two wooden beams nailed in an “X” shape, after which the victim’s mangled body might be displayed on the wheel..

5. Brazen Bull

Brazen Bull or the Sicilian Bull is a  execution device designed in ancient Greece. Perillos of Athens, a brass-founder, proposed to Phalaris, the tyrant of Akragas, Sicily, the invention of a new means for executing criminals. Accordingly, he cast a bull, made entirely of brass, hollow, with a door in the side. The condemned were shut in the bull and a fire was set under it, heating the metal until it became yellow hot and causing the person inside to roast to death. The bull was  designed in such a way that its smoke rose in spicy clouds of incense. The head of the ox was designed with a complex system of tubes and stops so that the prisoner’s screams were converted into sounds like the bellowing of an infuriated bull. It is also said that when the bull was reopened, the scorched bones of the remains shone like jewels and were made into bracelets.

4. Disembowelment

Disembowelment or evisceration is the removing of some or all of the vital organs, usually from the abdomen. On humans, as a method of death penalty, it is fatal in all cases. It has historically been used as a severe form of capital punishment. The last organs to be removed were invariably the heart and lungs so as to keep the condemned alive (and in pain) as long as possible.  Disembowelment played a part as a method of execution and ritual suicides once in Japan.

Where the victim is dipped in a big bowl. This method was used in Russia and Europe 3000 years ago and they used oil, acid or water. This type is considered slow and extremely painful. This penalty was carried out using a large cauldron filled with water, oil, tar, tallow or even molten lead. Sometimes the victim was immersed, the liquid then being heated, or he was plunged into the already boiling contents, usually head first. The executioner could then help speed their demise by means of a large hook with which he sank the person deeper. An alternative method was to use a large shallow receptacle rather than a cauldron; oil, tallow or pitch then being poured in. The victim was then partially immersed in the liquid and fried to death.

Now here is probably the most painful and interesting death method. Impalement as a method of  execution involves a person being pierced with a long stake. The penetration could be through the sides, through the rectum, through the vagina, or through the mouth. This method leads to a painful death, sometimes taking days. The stake would often be planted in the ground, leaving the impaled person suspended to die.  In some forms of impalement, the stake would be inserted so as to avoid immediate death, and would function as a plug to prevent blood loss. After preparation of the victim, perhaps including public torture and rape, the victim was stripped and an incision was made in the perineum between the genitals and rectum. A stout pole with a blunt end was inserted. A blunt end would push vital organs to the side, greatly slowing death. The pole would often come out of the body at the top of the sternum and be placed against the lower jaw so that the victim would not slide farther down the pole. Often, the victim was hoisted into the air after partial impalement. Gravity and the victim’s own struggles would cause him to slide down the pole. This method is extremely painful and was used by Neo-Assyrian Empire, Greek empire, and Roman Empire.

To be hanged, drawn and quartered was the penalty for high treason in medieval England, and remained on the statute book but seldom used in the United Kingdom and Ireland until abolished under the Treason Act of 1814. It was a spectacularly gruesome and public form of torture and execution, and was reserved only for this most serious crime, which was deemed more heinous than murder and other capital offences. It was applied only to male criminals, except on the Isle of Man. Women found guilty of treason were sentenced to be taken to a place of execution and burned at the stake, a punishment changed to hanging by the Treason Act of 1790 in Great Britain. First the convict is dragged on a hurdle (a wooden frame) to the place of execution. This is one possible meaning of drawn, then he is hanged by the neck for a short time or until almost dead. After that he is disembowelled (described above) and emasculated and the genitalia and entrails burned before the condemned’s eyes. Finally the body beheaded and divided into four parts. Typically, the resulting five parts (i.e., the four quarters of the body and the head) were gibbeted (put on public display) in different parts of the city, town, or, in famous cases, in the country, to deter would-be traitors who had not seen the execution.
