She emphasizes this is not a striptease, but the start of her research into naturisme. And with that she goes bare. She cleans her apartment, makes breakfast and packs for her three weeks as a naturiste all while she is a poil (a euphemism for stark naked, literally wearing nothing but her own hair). She says, and shows, how lightly she packs - putting in her little vanity case just sandals, a wrap, sunscreen, toothpaste, tooth brush and finally condoms with the comment, "Hey, you never know."...

She arrives at La Sabilier for her first experience with naturistes. After talking, dressed, with the directrice she returns to her cabin and strips down and goes out to face the world. Her head is held high, but she appears extremely nervous. She sits and chats with a couple of naturistes about naturisme. The next morning she is seen on her cabin balcony eating her breakfast bare and putting on sunscreen. She goes on a hike with some and she stops them as they start to ascend a hill with the concern that the person behind her can not only see her bare behind, but also has a clear view of her more private parts. They say that's not what interests them in their hiking. She eventually goes shopping (in her costume d'Eve – dressed as Eve) in the convenience store where she meets a couple. After sitting by the riverside playing a guitar she eventually leaves the naturistes.
She moves on to Cap d'Agde where she meets up with the couple she met in the La Sabilier convenience store. They are all interested in what the naked city is like. As the camera pans from a bird's eye view the narrator says the only limitations on the beach is the lifeguard stand which is the limit of the family section and the libertine (swinger) section. A hidden camera follows their bare behinds as they walk up the beach and through the dunes where sex is occurring in the open. They return to their apartment quite shocked by what they have seen. It goes on to tell more of the libertine aspect of the cap as Zita moves on to Ile du Levant.
The Ile du Levant is a naturiste island in the Med off the coast of France. The people are presented as old hippies where everyone is really laid back and trying to live life on their own terms. While in the town center everyone has to be dressed and Zita stops in a boutique to take a look at what is the minimum needed to be considered decent in town. She is given a string that goes around her waist with a triangular cloth that simply hangs from it, with nothing to hold it down, and barely covers her feminine charms. She then goes to a convenience store on the island and while talking to the owner finds out his store is not at the center of town so she decides to disrobe right there in front of him in the store aisle (she was only wearing a pareo so it wasn't a big deal). She goes skinny dipping, but does so late in the day so that the cameras don't disturb other sunbathers. After a party where folks on the island dress as they'd like she moves on to Bruxelles where she meets up with a militant naturiste.
This guy likes going around the town as naked as he can and he discusses his philosophy with her in a cafe while he is naked and she is dressed. They meet up with a male friend of his and go to a night club where they get naked (at least the guys do, I don't remember if she does). The next day all three of them go into the center of town to distribute tracts about naturisme. Zita joins the men is stripping to the skin before the distribution and by the end she is dancing naked in the streets in front of many bystanders looking on and filming her.
It's at this point where her initial reluctance at La Sabilier does not conform to her free spirited display of skin in Bruxelles. I found her initial nervous hesitation exciting, but I'm confident it was an act. She wouldn't have gone nue comme une ver de terre (naked as a worm) in the middle of a crowded pedestrian shopping zone if she was as new and nervous as she appeared to be earlier.
The show continues with her accompanying they guys to London for the WNBR where she initially keeps a wrap on around her hips but about halfway through the ride she strips that off too and show her beautiful body to public.
